Spectrum S -restored (CAN)

Post by Barry on Fri Jul 16, 2010 5:11 pm

When I first saw this I said, "On no!". Shocked
But when I read the seller's explanation, I understood why he did what he did.
It doesn't look too bad once you get used to it. No original electronics remain, which may be a good thing if the original pickups were those sub-standard "UBC's". The knobs are gone too but the body and that neck are still good!

A bit pricey perhaps at CAD$150?

As far as looks go, it's actually very pretty.

I agree with Warrn, very nice restoration job. If the finish (to the touch) is as good as it looks in the pics, then the seller has done good job. Rather that than see it go to the dump !
