The Prisoner

Anyone recall this series, or even heard of it?

It was too cool for its time, in my opinion. Beats the hell out of reality TV I think.

It's very well known here in the UK and has a "cult following" . It's been repeated (rerun) several times. personally I find it too hard to watch.

The last time I was in Wales I went to see Portmeirion village where The Prisoner was filmed, it was very nice.

I remember watching it when it first appeared in New Zealand and being completely gobsmacked by it; just so... out there!!! Nowadays it looks a bit dated, though...

When I was at university it was one of my favourite ways to while away an evening.

Portmerion is over the top surreal, if you have seen the original Prisoner series, and well worth a visit.

All a bit weird, but stick with it, and some of it starts making sense!

Often thought about getting a green Lotus 7 with a yellow nose cone, but it is a bit 'stereotypical'

There was a remake on US television recently with Jim Caviezel and Ian McKellan.
