Tone Pot Working in the Opposite
Tone Pot Working in the Opposite
Hi Guys
Just bought a big old jazz box and the bridge pickup tone control is working oppositely. I assume that all I have to do is switch the two wires, leaving the earth where it is. Am I right?
Thanks in advance.

Couldn't wait for the world to wake up so I have sorted it. As I suspected, it is just a question of reversing wires on the pot.

Unless your left handed. Glad you sorted it out. What guitar is it?? :?:
Re: Tone Pot Working in the Opposite
It is a Samick Artist which is basically an Epiphone Broadway or a copy of a Gibson L5. It is a big old boomy monster but it can do it all.
