It is a BC Rich knock-off marketed originally through Germany - and still available new there!! Non-Matt in huge lumps...

There's been two Korean Westone hummingbird style guitars on fleaBay recently, I don't think either of them sold.

I don't think they're Korean, either... Indonesian or Chinese would be my guess.

I am surprised a German company would associate itself with such quality. Must be slumming.

Or riding on a name.

Tried these out, they're crap, cheap, secound rate timber, fretboards all over the place.
Apart from that OK.

I read it in a German guitar mag, the name "Westone" is now owned by a german company which trades in musical instruments.
About 99.9 % of the stuff the sell is made in China or Vietnam.
So they use the name "Westone", but it has nothing to do with the stuff we fancy here in this forum.

Have a look on the German EBAY website the unreal Westone's. Attention: There are some real ones in between!!!

I would recommend keep a bucket nearby, in case you feel sick.....
