Steinberger Gearless tuners

Any one use these? I was thinking of using on my X300 project and they seem to have good reviews. I think it may help quicken the 12 string tuning process, and since I haven't found 2 sets of black Westone tuners that this may be the way to go. I think in some way it just might suit the project
