+1 for Thomann. Ive bought so many bits of kit from them over the years, even one of their own brand "harley benton" guitars.

It is called a "machine screw" in English. You should be able to get some in a hardware or DIY store.

Is that a hex head GF? If so you might also look under carriage bolts if you do not find the proper machine screw. Most likely metric (of course) but not certain what the thread pitch will be.
