It ain't just the pick guard...it's that stupid Strat input jack. You have to plow up some timber to put that in there.

I think that pickguard looks sorta nice. And the golden pickup poles, never knew that even existed.

Shame for that jack input though.

Could be hiding allsorts though.. May be Third pick up rout or any amount of woodworm... What a Face

Though if not it would take very little to restore it back.. Bar the Jack socket...
But then again had the original one been stood on ripped the front off a bit.. Thinking

225:00 + 20:00 Standard Royal mail delivery.. I.E. Throw it in the back of van an hit every pothole an throw everything heavier than it's self on top of it before jumping up an down on it 500 times.. Then remove it from van very carefully hitting everything in its way including the van doors floor an roof before starting on passing children the old an dogs.. Then the gate an front door before smacking it on the deck headstock first to get his computer thing signed.. May be a bit pricey...
Though if in a hard case it be fine... lol!

Just had 'nuther look at this. The grain on back is fantastic. Why cover it with a cheap hunk of cr@ppy black plastic?!

I shudder to think of a trem in this too! How to suck the thunder out of the Thunder with one messy routing. Bye bye sustain! Evil or Very Mad

Oh well, it's not the among the worst things ever done to our beloved Westies!
