Monark, I'm bidding!

Post by The Chad on Wed Aug 08, 2012 4:28 pm

Finally another Monark on FleaBay. There was a red one on there forever. Been waiting for a white one, so I'm bidding!

Aren't these things ugly as sin?! Missing locking nut, chipped corners on head and body, but I'll use it as a player anyhow. Read somewhere that the guitar is way too bright, that it's too harsh? I don't know, but I'll find out!

Yep; oddball looking thing but appealing to this kiwi, nevertheless! Shouldn't really be any more harsh than any other MMK equipped guitar, I would have though....

Go hard, Chad!

Chad - does that emoticon imply that you hit the target? Love those pointy ones... although I just got that $30 Spectrum LX back from my tech and have a new love. Damn'd black geetars! Will post photos soon - not that it looks very different than anyone else's.

I did! It was just above my allotted amount, but my Wife didn't yell at me when I told her I won it. So it's ok.

That $30 LX is ridiculous man, we're very jealous. Glad you're loving it!

You know there will be!

And I can't wait to see a Prestige on MY wall, too... Sad ... whenever THAT happens...
