Great guitars those Thunder II's and a very good price.
Snap it up, they're top instruments and getting very rare.

wait a minute.... is this from the guy with 2 Prestige guitars?

it is probably more of an addiction than anything else

(i love to pretend i know how to play guitar...heeheeheee!)
i bought my first guitar, the westone thunderIIA, in 1982 when i was a kid making $3.25/hr. even as an uninformed, uneducated kid i realized immediately i had bought an AMAZING guitar, but i was still a kid with no money. eventually when i got into playing in a band, i wanted to buy another westone, but alas, they had already vanished.
now 30yrs later, i've quit my day job and i stay at home to look after my kid, because my wife (who i've known nearly the entire time) has become a corporate lawyer. we have come a long way together, and to her, my "hobby" is no big deal. in fact, it gives her an excuse to embrace her inner groupie.
i have waited and looked and waited and looked for a loooooooooooong time to find another thunderIIA. and with a little help from our good friend Chad, that baby is movin' to california!

Tomorrow that Thunder will be one step closer to going to California!
Going to California reminds me of the Zep song.

Yeah but, no but.
I've been collecting Westones way before the forum even started.
When you could pick them up for peanuts.
Those days are long gone. Should have purchased more.

Maybe its the Gretsch-owner in me, but a white guitar is a class act. Mike, you're also on my list for burglarizing.
