Brass knobs and grub screws...

Post by Catalyst on Wed Jul 17, 2013 3:40 pm

Hi gents, I've got 3 replacement brass knobs to put on my Concord III, 2 of them slip on nice and snugly but the 3rd requires a grub screw to keep it in place....

....anyone have any info on the size I need and where I get them from?

Thanks in advance Cool

4mm dia x 6mm should do it. I found mine at the local hardware store.

Thanks for the reply Barry, 4mm dia looks a little large to my eye though.....looks more like 2/3mm dia?? scratch

Would you mind double checking for me please..'measure twice cut once' as my old dad used to say...

Might be 3, I don't have a micrometer handy. Best bet is to take the knob to the store and fit it to be sure.
