Congratulations - Lumbar Award of the Year! Smile

Time was the weight of my gear didn't even enter my mind.  Full Trace Elliot stack with an 18" cab for that trouser-flapping feel.  Then a back injury meant it is the *first* thing I need to know.  Any bass over 9lbs and it doesn't enter the frame.  Now my entire rig weighs less than the old TE head.  Not cheap, mind...

PaulS wrote:It's absolutely lovely.  I have a Hohner B2A as a compact back up bass but this is another thing altogether - compact back up bass AND totally gorgeous.  It has moved from 'never seen one' to 'most wanted' in the space of a few hours.  Double ball end strings or a clamp at the head?

If you want to move that on at any time please let me know.  I'll save you all the bother of typing out a 'for sale' post - I can be pretty philanthropic like that sometimes.  Very Happy
Here's one for sale

Damian, apologies for not replying sooner, just noticed this post.
Mines coming up to a year, still feels odd but is comfortable and I can reach overhead with no problems. The oddness is odd, cant describe it, possibly because the joint works now and the mind hasn't got used to the change but pain is gone.
Hope yours has now improved, takes a while eh.
