Westone X125 -1986

Post by Barry on Sat Nov 07, 2009 12:00 pm

Oooohhh, I like this one! It would go so-o-o nicely with my Vantage AV310 and the Vantage X-77T. I don't have a single pup Westone...yet.
The seller's way off on the year though.

He's way off with the price too!

Lovely looking beasty though. Plus, he definitely gets points for being based in St. Louis! :-)

Yeah; I fancied one for ages for that single MMK 45 noise up until I got the Hollywood Avenger - if it was the right price I'd have a crack at it, but US$175.... I think not.

It's a bugger when you see something you'd really love to have but it's just such a freakin' hassle to get it, eh?
Yeah, the price is a tad high, even if they'll "polish" it for me, but it's just the SOB: shipping, exchange, duty, taxes...really kills the excitement in a hurry.

Still, when am I ever gonna see another one I wonder? Hmmmm....

I'd consider it if the $175 included the shipping... looks to be in fine shape. So weird looking with the single black knob in the middle of nowhere though.
